We are about to embark on one of the most exciting adventures God’s creation affords us—the adventure of spiritual discovery and renewal. Although our plans for our Trinity congregation’s future have some very practical and material aspects, the core of our effort should be a spiritual renewal leading to deeper faith and more intentional stewardship. Without a spiritual commitment at its foundation, we may as well be building condominiums. As part of our Renewing for Generations campaign, we will have a bible-based study program for all ages. Look for opportunities for participation in a discussion group beginning on Sunday, April 26th. We hope to offer multiple forums for discussion and study booklets will be distributed to all.

- Do you remember your first job? The first time someone gave you responsibility? How did it make you feel—Proud? Scared? Eager to show what you could do? Our discussion today focuses on our first job—the one God gave to us collectively—the stewardship of all things: Our talents, our material wealth, the Earth, and each other.

- Our discussion of stewardship picks up this week with a discussion of managing the family business—the one that God asks us to run on his behalf. How do we take care of God’s assets? Do we make them grow or bury them in the ground?

- Today we talk about giving. What is the proper gift to give God? Do we give God the left-overs, scraped off of the bottom of our bank accounts or do we give God the first fruits, plucked from the very best that we have to offer? The Bible has a lot to say about giving, both good and bad. Come join this thought-provoking and challenging discussion.

- Stewardship, like any other habit, works best when it becomes part of our everyday life. Lifestyle Stewardship is the practice of making giving a natural part of your life. Jesus wants to be part of our lives and Lifestyle Stewardship makes sure that there is always a place at the table for him. Come and join this final discussion and learn how small choices in the way we live can make a big impact for God.
