ELCA Metro DC Synod Gifts of Hope
Gifts of Hope is the Synod's alternative gift giving program that enables people to purchase unique gifts that honor Christ's birth and benefit our Synod's social ministry organizations and foreign companion synods. Large amounts have been raised, but the need is great.
What Does Trinity Do?
From mid-November until shortly before Christmas there will be a Gifts of Hope market table in the Social Hall. It will be staffed following each Sunday Service.
What Can I Do?
Think about substituting a Gift of Hope for a more traditional git on your list for friends and family, even young children and grandchildren. Pick up a catalog at that time so you can share it with your family and consider the possibilities. Assist at the Gifts of Hope market table in the Social Hall after the 8:15 or 10:45 services.
