18th Sunday After Pentecost October 4, 2020

From Pastor Kern

Our weekly worship is recorded on Thursday morning to allow time for editing and production, which means that late breaking news often unfolds before you receive this link on Saturday.
Since this week’s service was recorded, our country and indeed the world, has been rocked by the news that President Trump and Melania, along with numerous others, have been infected with the Covid-19 virus.
I exhort you then, to offer this or a similar prayer during the prelude this morning:
Lord God, look with mercy upon all your children in the world who suffer from the Covid-19 virus – those who are ill, those who have died, and those who grieve.  We pray especially this day for our President, Donald and his wife Melania, and all who may have been infected with them.  Bring healing to all so the world may see your glory. In Jesus’ name we pray.  Amen.

Grace and Peace to you! Here is our video for the 18th Sunday After Pentecost. This week also includes an anthem from the Vocal Choir, accompanied by Marilyn C. on handbells!
