Calling all Cooks and Taste Testers!  It’s that time of year – Cook-off Time!
2020 Theme – Soup & Salad
Sunday February 9 following the 10:45 service.
Who doesn’t love a yummy meal full of fellowship and a splash of competition?  Trinity Youth’s Annual Cook-off is a fundraiser for Trinity’s Youth Ministry as well as the Youth’s contribution to fight Hunger (50% of funds raiser will be donated to Manna Food).  Join in this long standing tradition by preparing an entry or eating/ voting for some of the entries. This year’s theme is Soup and Salad; all types of entries are welcome… will there be a jello salad entry?  Entry sign up in the Social Hall is encouraged, but last minute entries are always welcome.

Youth Group – (6th – 12th Grade) – We will be heading to Dave & Busters for some fun and games! We will meet at Trinity at 5:15 pm on 2/9 to head up to Rio for some some games and some skeeball. We will be back at Trinity by 8 pm.

Bethesda Health & Rehab – The Youth Committee is helping with Bethesda Health & Rehab services on 2/16 at 2 pm. Please come and help out with the service!

Intergenerational Sunday School (2/23) – It’s everyone’s favorite Sunday…..Pretzel Sunday! We are celebrating a week early, so we can also celebrate burying the alleluia! Come during Sunday School to make pretzels, an alleluia banner to bury, and some crafts!

Shrove Tuesday, 2/26, 6 pm- Please come and help make pancakes for Shrove Tuesday! Bring your extended family and friends to Trinity’s annual “Fat Tuesday” dinner of pancakes, sausage, and fried apples. It is our last meal of abundance before the fasting and deprivation of Lent which begins on Ash Wednesday. Leave full and ready to take up the cross as our Lenten journey begins. We need some youth to help make pancakes! Please let Steve S or Anita know if you can help.
