Confirmation
We launched a new confirmation program and class of students in the Fall of 2025.
Our new ministry consists of 6 weekend retreats over the course of 3 years. Each retreat covers a single topic. Confirmands enter the program on a rolling basis, joining with others already in the program.
Other elements include a mentorship program with a trusted and affirming adult member of the congregation and a university model of engagement in the life of the congregation and the wider community.
Youth Group
We currently have a young youth group of middle school aged students. Time with peers in fellowship, service, learning, and prayer is critical to growing disciples. Opportunities are provided for the youth to come together as a group, to engage in intergenerational activities, and to participate in events with other youth in the Metro DC area.
