"I am the bread of life." - John 6:35

– Stay Connected – Be Encouraging – Remember the Future –

Trinity Lutheran Church is a supportive faith community that gathers weekly for worship, fellowship, and service. We offer a variety of opportunities to explore your faith, give thanks for God’s grace, and respond to God’s call to serve others. We invite all to attend our traditional weekly services and participate in our other activities, and we welcome ALL baptized Christians to our communion table.

+WORSHIP | ONLINE AND IN PERSON | 9:30 AM+ Someone who isn’t part of Jesus’ own circle is casting out demons in Jesus’ name, and the disciples want him stopped. They appeal to Jesus, as Joshua did to Moses about the elders who prophesied without official authorization. Like Moses, Jesus refuses to see this as a threat. Jesus welcomes good being done in his name, even when it is not under his control. The circle we form around Jesus’ word must be able to value good being done in ways we wouldn’t do it, by people we can’t keep tabs on.This Week’s Online Bulletin: https://bit.ly/18-Pentecost-2021Read More →

Want to learn more about the 5K-Labor Day race? Click here for a link to the race web site! Shaare Torah Jewish Community, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Church, Interfaith Families Project of DC (IFFP), and the Islamic Society of the Washington Area (ISWA) have partnered to create the annual Montgomery County Interfaith 5K.  Our goal is to bring together communities of faith in the county so people from diverse backgrounds can come together to share a fun and health-promoting activity, teach tolerance through exposure and friendship, and enjoy each other’s company.

Welcome! We’re glad you’re here. Worship Materials can be found here: 17th Sunday after Pentecost 2021

If you would like to participate in the chat session to make your voice heard during this service, you will need to watch on YouTube.
